This is an original Côtes du Rhône, with a deep ruby-red color.
On the nose, it offers a generous bouquet of ripe red fruit, black cherry and plum, enhanced by spicy, slightly peppery notes. On the palate, the attack is quite supple, with silky, well-melted tannins, giving way to aromas of jammy fruit and licorice. Its fine structure and long, warm finish make this a well-balanced, gourmet wine.
Ideal with grilled meats, sauce dishes or mature cheeses, it perfectly embodies the richness and character of its terroir.
