Our vineyards stretch from the Massif du Haut Var to the north of Brignoles.
The grapes are grown on terraces, with a marked microclimate of warm, sunny days alternating with cool summer nights, enabling us to produce subtle wines.
This wine is sharp; very aromatic with notes of peach and citrus and a lovely vivacity

This wine comes from little-known terroirs in Provence.
I appreciated its finesse, beautiful balance and a hint of air on the finish, which never ceases to seduce me. A real breath of summer freshness, as if the sun and sea had slipped into my glass. Its delicate aromas of red fruit, citrus and flowers reminded me of moments of lightness and shared joy. On the palate, its finesse and vivacity danced in perfect balance, leaving an impression of pure elegance. Each sip evoked a seaside aperitif, with the mistral gently caressing the skin.
A wine that captures the essence of fine days, simply unforgettable.
